 Educational and fun-filled Summer Camps at the Harmonia School offer 2 week sessions in both full and half day (am & pm) programs. The comprehensive and theme oriented programs combine various music, piano, art, theatre and dance classes. Students will enjoy learning the arts through hands-on instruction by highly educated and experienced faculty. Culminating in creative performances and exhibits at the end of each session, Harmonia School Camp is a great opportunity for children to open their minds and eyes to a new world of performing and visual arts.

Creative Fun and artistic development will be the focus of this half day two week Art Camp. Students will explore different media and techniques developed and refined in the 20th century. Have fun as we explore the art of Chagall, Picasso, Matisse, Jean Miro, Andy Warhol and even Peter Max.

Take a trip back in time as we explore the 20th century through Art, Theatre, and Music. Learn about great musicians, composers, artist and performers who contributed to our present day culture through fun art projects and thrilling musical theatre performances.

Immerse your child in Musical Theatre for one week as we explore all aspects of musical theatre such as stage make-up, set design, stage tech, choreography, costumes, props, improvisation, voice techniques, and audition tips, all culminating in a showcase at the end of the week.

Continuous practice throughout the summer is essential for students to maintain and develop their the skill level, which also insure their steady and rapid progress. Summer lessons are also a great opportunity for a young beginner to try out different instruments before making a long-term commitment.

Private and Group Lessons are available throughout the summer for Piano, Violin, Viola, Cello, Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, Guitar and Voice. You may sign up for a minimum of 4 lessons to a maximum of 10 lessons arranged at the time of registration. (No registration fee)

Throughout the summer, fine tune your artistic skills with classes geared toward individual media. Choose from acrylic painting, watercolor painting, clay, 3D art, charcoal and pastel, and a special multi media Modern Masters class. Choose 6 classes or enroll for all 12 classes. Different projects will be presented at each class.


Watercolor Painting
Learn the basic tools and techniques involved with watercolors utilizing the newest methods and materials available.

Clay / Sculpture
Create a unique sculpture using clay and raw material. Good for all ages.

Acrylic Painting
Techniques of acrylic painting will be discussed with a focus on using color, modeling form and composition.

3D Art
Work in a new dimension while exploring 3D perspective.

Pastel / Charcoal
Experiment with materials and methods that will bring this vibrant medium to life.

Modern Masters Multi Media
Create your own artwork after exploring 20th century artists, and the different media they used to create their masterpieces.
